Regency Towers has great amenities! Including a fitness center, billiard tables, and activities all summer long. The prices for food are very reasonable at the tiki bar on site and there is a full bar. There are 2 large pools (one stays heated when needed), hot tub, comfortable pool lounge chairs, picnic tables, benches and swings.
