Get Comfortable
This house is spacious and offers plenty of room for a large family. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed, private bathroom and door to the backyard. There is a large den area with a couch and table to play games. Great space for the kids to play video games or board games. The den, living room and all of the bedrooms have smart tvs. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, etc. and has a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer.
Bring the Family
The upstairs has 2 large rooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, loveseat, and half bathroom. The other bedroom is huge with 1 queen bed, 2 triple bunkbeds and a futon. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony.
Lots of Outdoor Seating
There is a huge wrap around deck and large yard. The backyard has a BBQ, fire pit and table with chairs. Plenty of parking for several cars and even boat parking if needed. The lagoon going out to the gulf is only a block away and there are several public boat launches. The detached garage is not included in the rental.
Great Location!!!
This is a great area to take a long walk along the lagoon which is only 1 block away or the beach which is only 3 blocks away. Great location on East end PCB. There are several places to eat, drink and listen to live music within walking distance. Also, close to golf cart rentals and amusement areas. Public parking and beach access nearby. There is a large ice machine at the corner. Only 1 mile to St Andrews State Park. Bring the boat, jet ski's, kayaks... easy to launch from nearby public launches.
